# Integrations: your tools pass the work along, so nobody retypes it

Your CRM, payments, contracts and accounts kept in step, including tools with no ready-made connector, and watched so a failure is caught and replayed.

[Check my setup](https://nocodesolutions.ai/contact) · [How it works](https://nocodesolutions.ai/services/integrations#how)

Priced per project after a setup check. Built in your own accounts.

Example

1. **Deal marked won** CRM → contract tool · Done
2. **Contract signed** e-signature → CRM → invoice · Done
3. **Invoice created in your accounts** CRM → accounting tool · Created
4. **Customer set up for payment** accounting → payment provider · Done
5. **Team told, with a link to the deal** CRM → team chat · Done

An example of tools passing work along on their own. If one tool does not answer, the step is retried and logged, not lost.

## Where it usually breaks

A deal is marked won and someone retypes it into the invoicing tool. A week later the customer’s address is different in each one.

An automation stopped after a password change. Nobody noticed until a customer asked where their contract was.

The form tool’s connector creates a new contact every time and never updates one, so the CRM fills with duplicates.

## What we connect

Most work is a mix of these. The setup check finds the two or three connections that matter most.

### CRM and sales tools

Contacts, deals and stages kept the same across your CRM, calendar, forms and the tools your sales team uses.

### Payments and accounts

Payments, refunds, invoices and payment plans recorded against the right customer in your CRM and your accounting tool.

### Contracts and documents

Proposals and contracts created from the deal, signed, and filed back against it, with the next step started on its own.

### Tools with no ready‑made connector

Your own database, an in-house system or a niche tool: we connect it through its API or webhooks, or build the missing piece.

### Automations someone else built

We take over existing Zaps, scenarios and workflows, write down what each one does, fix what is broken and move them somewhere they are watched.

### Reporting

Numbers from several tools brought into one dashboard, so the weekly figures come from the systems rather than a spreadsheet someone fills in.

## How we build them

Integrations break in the same few ways. These rules are how we avoid them.

Each record has one home

We agree which tool owns each kind of record, so two tools never fight over the same field.

Two-way only where it must be

Data flows one way unless both sides really need to change it. That avoids loops and silent overwrites.

Every run is logged

When a step fails, we get an alert, fix the cause and replay what was missed.

Built in your accounts

The connections run in your accounts and on a server in your name. You own them.

Written down on one page

You get a map of what connects to what and why, so the next person can follow it.

## How it works

You get a written scope and price before any work starts.

1. ### Setup check

A 30-minute call where we look at the tools involved and the records that need to move between them.

    30 minutes, nothing to pay

2. ### Scope and quote

We write down every record that moves, which tool owns it and what should happen when something fails, with the price.

3. ### Build and test

We build in your accounts and test every connection with test records, including the failure cases, before switching it on.

4. ### Switch on and watch

We switch it on and check every run for the first two weeks, then hand over the map.

5. ### Monitored care, if you want it

We watch the connections, fix failures within one working day and update them when a tool changes its API.

## Recent work

Described without names: client work stays private.

Sales teams, dialling platform and CRM

### A dialler and CRMs that stay in step

Calls made on a dialling platform had to show up in the CRM, and leads had to match in both places.

- A tool that connects the dialling platform to the CRMs
- Calls logged against the right lead in the CRM
- Leads synced both ways, so a change in one system reaches the other
- Reporting on calls and leads

Calls and leads in one place, without anyone copying them across.

## Questions people ask

What if one of our tools has no connector?

If it has an API or can send webhooks, we connect it directly. If it has neither, we look at exports, email parsing or a small custom app, and tell you the trade-offs before you commit.

Can you take over automations someone else built?

Yes. We document what each one does, fix what is broken, and move the ones worth keeping somewhere they are logged and watched.

What happens when a tool changes its API?

With monitored care we update the connection. Without care, the logs and the alert tell you which step stopped and why, and we can fix it as a one-off job.

Do we need to change our tools?

No. We connect the tools you have. If one of them is the reason things keep breaking, we say so and suggest an alternative.

How much does an integration cost?

It depends on how many tools and records are involved and how failures should be handled. We quote after the setup check. Inside a [lead-to-customer system](https://nocodesolutions.ai/services/lead-to-customer-system), the integrations are part of the build price.

## Find the connection that costs you most
