What we build

Examples of the kinds of apps we build. Each one does one job well and connects to the tools you already have.

Invoices read and queued

Supplier invoices read into fields, matched to the order, and waiting in your accounts for someone to approve.

An inbox sorted, replies drafted

Each email tagged by what it needs, with a draft reply a person checks and sends.

Questions answered from your documents

Staff ask in plain words and get the answer with a link to the page it came from.

Quotes drafted from job notes

A quote built from your current price list in minutes. You check it and press send.

A client portal

Your clients see their documents, bookings, invoices and progress in one place, from data you already hold.

A dashboard that fills itself

This week’s numbers from several tools on one screen, without anyone copying them into a spreadsheet.

Recent work

Described without names: client work stays private.

Sales teams, AI on calls

A sales dashboard with AI call scoring

A dashboard for a dialling platform, so managers can see how each closer’s calls really go.

  • AI transcription of calls
  • AI scoring of how closely the closer followed the script
  • Sentiment on each call
  • Leaderboards and reporting

Scores, sentiment and rankings for each closer, in one dashboard.

Read the case

A person stays in control

AI makes mistakes. These four rules decide how much that matters.

Approvals
Anything that leaves the business waits for a person until you decide it should not.

Each answer links to the document or record it came from, so it can be checked in seconds.
It says when it is unsure
If the answer is not in your documents, it asks a person instead of guessing.
Everything logged
You can see what it did, when, and why, and we are alerted when something fails.

Is it worth building?

Work out what the job costs you by hand today. If the number is small, an app is probably not worth it, and we will say so.

About 6,000 a year in your own currency, over 48 working weeks.

This is your number, not a promise of savings. Most apps take over part of a job, not all of it.

How it works

You get a written scope with the price and the running costs before any work starts.

  1. Setup check

A 30-minute call about the job, the people who do it and the tools involved.

    30 minutes, nothing to pay

  2. Scope and price

A short written spec: what it does, what the first version leaves out, the running costs, and the price.

  3. A working first version

You try it on examples from your own business before we build the rest, so changes are cheap.

  4. Build, test and launch

Built in your own accounts, tested on real examples, launched with your team trained.

  5. Look after it

We keep it running, fix what breaks and adjust it as your business changes.

Is this for you?

It fits when

  • Your team does a job by hand every day or week, on documents, emails or data
  • Your tools each do part of the work, and people copy between them
  • Your process is specific enough that no product fits it well

It’s not for

  • Projects meant to replace your staff
  • Chatbots that pretend to be people
  • Advice tools in regulated fields without your own compliance sign-off

Questions people ask

Do we need a custom app at all?

Often not. If an off-the-shelf product does the job, we say so on the setup check. A custom app is worth it when the process is specific to you or several tools need to work as one.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

It will sometimes. That is why a person approves anything that leaves the business, answers show their source, and anything it is unsure of goes to someone. We test it on your own examples and show you where it struggles before launch.

Is our data used to train AI?

No. We use AI services on business terms that do not train on your data, and each one is listed in your contract.

Who owns the app?

You do, once it is paid for. It runs in your accounts and you get the code, the documentation and the logins.

What does it cost?

It depends on the screens, the data and the connections. You get a written scope with the price, and an estimate of hosting and AI running costs, before you commit.

Do you work with US businesses?

Yes. We work with businesses in the UK and the US and quote US work in US dollars.

Check my setup

Tell us about the job. On a 30-minute call we look at how it is done today, then send a one-page summary of what we would build first, or why you do not need an app. There is nothing to pay and nothing to sign.
