About Nocode Solutions
Nocode Solutions Ltd is a UK company that builds and looks after the systems behind a business's sales and operations: the path from first enquiry to paid client, integrations between its tools, conversion tracking and custom apps, for clients in the UK and the US.
Who we are
We have over 15 years of experience in software, data and automation, and have built more than 3,000 automations and over 100 custom apps for clients in coaching and education, health and telehealth, agencies and service businesses.
The work covers sales and CRM systems, integrations between tools, AI assistants and the apps behind them.
The tools we know best are HubSpot, HighLevel, n8n, Xano, Supabase and REST APIs in general. We start from the tools you already have, rather than asking you to move to new ones.
How we work
Six rules we follow on every project.
- It runs in your accounts
- Your CRM, your payment provider, a server in your name. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running and you get the map and the logins.
- It is tested before it goes live
- Every part has a test that says it is done, run with test leads, test records and test payments, never on your real customers.
- It is watched after it goes live
- Every step is logged. A failure alerts us, we fix the cause and replay what was missed, and we tell you what happened.
- It is written down
- A one-page map of what connects to what, and a test your team can run themselves.
- The price is in writing first
- Published prices where we have them, and a written quote where we don’t, before any work starts.
- We say when you don’t need us
- If one fix or an off-the-shelf tool solves it, the setup check says so.
What we don’t do
- Run or write your ads, or manage ad budgets
- Take your sales calls or write your sales pages
- Give legal, tax or medical advice
- Promise results we cannot control, such as more sales or a ranking
