Our prices for the lead-to-customer system are published here. Integrations, conversion tracking and custom apps on their own are priced after a setup check, in writing, before any work starts.

We are not VAT registered, so these are the prices you pay. Monitored care has a 3-month minimum; after that you can stop with 30 days’ notice. Everything keeps running in your own accounts.
What you pay at each step
You can stop after any step. The setup check costs nothing; the health check report is yours to keep.
Setup check
On a call, we follow one recent lead from ad to payment through your tools together, then send you a one-page summary.
Health check
We send test leads through your whole setup, map every tool and hand-off, and mark each tool keep, fix or replace.
Build and test
We build in your own accounts and test every step with test leads and test payments before anything goes live.
Switch on and watch
We switch it on and check every event for the first two weeks.
Monitored care
A failed step alerts us. We fix it within one working day, replay what was missed and send you a short report each month.
Other work
Integrations
Priced per project after a setup check, by the tools and records involved. Part of the build inside a lead-to-customer system.
Conversion tracking
Included in the standard system. On its own, priced after a setup check.
Custom apps and AI apps
Priced after a setup check and a short written scope. Hosting and AI usage are paid by you directly to the providers.
Our guarantee
Live in 30 working days
If the standard system isn’t live within 30 working days of us having all your logins, you don’t pay for the first two months of care.
It applies when:
- All logins given within 3 working days of the kick-off call
- Approvals given within 2 working days of each request
- Every tool in the build is on our supported list
That is £1,500 of monitored care at no charge.

Is the setup check really free?
Yes. It is a 30-minute call and a one-page summary. There is nothing to pay, nothing to sign and no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
Why do you charge for the health check?
It is real work: we send test leads through your whole setup and map every tool. If you book a build within 60 days, the £1,500 counts in full towards it.
What is not included in the build price?
The subscriptions for your own tools and the server for the automation engine, which you pay to the providers directly. We tell you the expected costs before you commit.
Can we stop care?
After the first 3 months, with 30 days’ notice. Everything keeps running in your own accounts; you lose the monitoring, fixes and changes. We hand over the map and the logins.
Do you add VAT?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the prices on this page are the prices you pay.
